Critical security information about Tosibox Lock 100
Tosibox customers with Lock 100 devices are instructed to update the devices to the latest firmware version 3.3.8, which was released on May 19th, 2022. Using the old and vulnerable product poses a significant security risk and may cause a loss of reputation and business.
Update all your Lock 100 devices to the latest firmware version 3.3.8., by April 30th, 2024. How to update? In case of any technical questions, please contact our Customer Success Team.
Replacing your Lock 100's is highly recommended. Please contact your local Tosibox sales representative or Tosibox Sales for exclusive replacing discount.

Modbus is supported on Lock 150, 210, 250, 500 and Tosibox 175, 350, 375, 610, 650, 670, 675, 695 starting with firmware 5.5.0.
Complimentary Mobile Client license phase-out
The complimentary iOS or Android Mobile Client license included in all hardware variants of TOSIBOX® Key deliveries will be removed shortly. New hardware token deliveries no longer contain complimentary Mobile Client licenses. Please consult your local Tosibox sales representative or Customer Success Team on how to acquire additional Mobile Client licenses.
